Led by Raul Parra Orizondo Guided community walks to identify plants used in residential spaces and explore how they support local birds, butterflies, and other local fauna. About the Project This project invites members of the community to walk together through local neighborhoods and observe the plants commonly used in gardens, fences, and shared spaces. The goal is to identify which plants contribute positively to local ecosystems, especially those that support birds, butterflies, and other forms of wildlife, while also creating awareness about opportunities to improve biodiversity through simple planting choices. The moon resonates through its four main phases—though eight are commonly recognized. Each phase can guide us toward a different purpose in its season, due to the influence it exerts on both Earth and ourselves. Both astronomy and astrology acknowledge this influence, and so the studies surrounding it are vast and varied. Once upon a time, people used to gaze at the moon often.
